Engineered Power & Battery Modules

We Engineer the Power
So You Can Build the Product.

Tested, documented modules for protection, regulation, and battery management. Skip the power-design detour and get back to the product you're actually building.

The Problem

Your Team Is Spending Engineering Hours
on Circuits That Aren't Your Product.

Power Design Eats Your Schedule

Designing protection and regulation from scratch burns weeks on a subsystem that isn't your product, and you own it when it fails at the demo.

Generic Modules Fail When It Matters

The $3 buck converter works on the bench, then fails at the trade show or twenty units into production, with no datasheet and no recourse.

Our Modules

Engineered Building Blocks.
Protection, Regulation, and Battery Management.

Every module is designed around the failure modes that actually take systems down, then individually QC tested and documented with the datasheets and integration guides you need to design it in with confidence.

Charge, Protect, and Regulate.
One Board.

Battery power usually means wiring a charger, a protection circuit, and a regulator together and hoping they cooperate. Battery Pal does all three on one board, with the protection silicon used in phones and laptops.

Why PN Labs

Built by Engineers Who Got Tired of
Solving the Same Problems.

Engineered & QC Tested in Canada

Designed in Montreal. Every single module is individually tested before it ships. If it leaves our bench, it works.

Documentation You'll Actually Use

Full datasheets and dimensional drawings with every product. The kind of documentation you'd create for your own designs.

Talk to the Engineers Who Designed It

Email us with your integration question. You'll hear back from the people who designed the module. Volume and custom inquiries welcome.

Our Story

We Kept Solving Problems That
Should Have Been Solved Once.

Ethan was a lead electrical engineer taking products from prototype to mass production, losing weeks on every project to circuits that should have already existed.

Nick was in a university battery research lab, but most of his time went to power circuits and protection hardware just to keep experiments running, not to the research.

We met building a fully autonomous sailboat to cross the Atlantic Ocean, kept solving the same power problems, and realized every hardware developer faces the same friction. That's what PN Labs exists to fix: the power foundation, handled, so you can focus on what you're actually building.

Build With Confidence

The Foundation Shouldn't Be the Risk.

Power electronics is easy to get dangerously wrong, and one fault can take the rest of your system with it. We cut no corners on safety, protection, or reliability, so the power layer is the one part of your build you can stop worrying about.

Integration Support Guarantee

If a module does not perform the way its datasheet says it should, contact us. We will work through the integration with you, and if we still cannot get it running in your system, we will refund your purchase.
