Drop-In Power Modules

Power
Management, Solved.

Every hardware project needs protection and regulation, but none of it is what makes yours special. PN Labs modules handle overvoltage, reverse polarity, overcurrent, and voltage conversion so your team ships the product, not the power system.

The Problem

Your Team Is Spending Engineering Hours
on Circuits That Aren't Your Product.

Protection, regulation, and power distribution are solved problems, but the solutions live in app notes and reference designs, not as tested, documented modules you can integrate and ship. So teams rebuild them. Every project. Under pressure. Often with corners cut.

Power Design Eats Your Schedule

Every project starts with the same detour: design a protection circuit, lay out a regulator, source components, spin a board, test it. Weeks of work on a subsystem that isn't your product, and if it fails at the demo, it's your problem.

Generic Modules Fail When It Matters

The $3 buck converter from Amazon works on the bench at room temperature. Then it fails at the trade show, in thermal testing, or twenty units into a production run. No datasheets. No test data. No support. No recourse.

Our Modules

Engineered Building Blocks.
Protection and Regulation, Handled.

Designed around real failure modes, not feature checklists. Every module is individually QC tested, ships with complete documentation, and costs less than the engineering hours you'd spend building your own.

Why PN Labs

Built by Engineers Who Got Tired of
Solving the Same Problems.

We started PN Labs because we kept rebuilding the same power management circuits on every project. These modules are what we needed: designed, tested, and documented the way we wished off-the-shelf solutions were.

Engineered & QC Tested in Canada

Designed in Montreal. Every single module is individually tested before it ships. Not statistical sampling. If it leaves our bench, it works.

Documentation You'll Actually Use

Full datasheets, integration guides, and dimensional drawings with every product. The kind of documentation you'd create for your own designs, because we did.

Talk to the Engineers Who Designed It

Email us with your integration question. You'll hear back from the people who designed the module. Not a ticket system. Volume and custom inquiries welcome.

Our Story

We Kept Solving Problems That
Should Have Been Solved Once.

Nick was in a university research lab working on lithium-ion battery instrumentation. His goal was the research, but most of his time went to power circuits, protection hardware, and support systems just to keep the experiments running.

Ethan was the lead electrical engineer at a hardware company, taking products from prototype to mass production. On every project, the same pattern: weeks spent designing circuits that should have already existed.

We met building a fully autonomous sailboat to cross the Atlantic Ocean, kept solving the same power problems, and realized every hardware developer faces the same friction. That's what PN Labs exists to fix: the power foundation, handled, so you can focus on what you're actually building.
