Returns and Warranty

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us, and we will do our best to ensure you have a positive experience with our products.

We offer returns under the following conditions, in addition to any rights you may have under local consumer protection laws:

  • We accept returns of new, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of the order date.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee of 3 dollars plus 15 percent of the item price.
  • The original shipping charge is not refundable.
  • We do not accept returns of partially or fully assembled kits, unpackaged items, batteries, or AC adapters.
  • All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) code before the item is shipped back to us. Please contact us to request an RMA.

In jurisdictions that provide a statutory right of withdrawal, such as the European Union, we will honor the applicable legal requirements, including the standard 14-day withdrawal and return period where it applies. These statutory rights exist in addition to, and where required take precedence over, the policy above.

You can cancel an order free of charge if we receive your cancellation request before your order is processed. If your payment has already been processed, our payment processor charges us a non-refundable fee, so cancellations at that stage incur a 3.5 percent credit card processing fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order.
